POSITION SUMMARY:

The Mapping Center Specialists primary responsibility focuses on enhancing and contributing to the processing and management of precision ag spatial data within the FieldReveal Mapping Center.  The Mapping Center Specialist will coordinate with the Mapping Center Manager to identify processing priorities and timelines to drive clear expectations of processing turnaround time.  Mapping Center Specialists also assist with providing customer support, training, and education on the FieldReveal software suite.

MAPPING CENTER SPECIALIST PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with daily processing and management of precision ag spatial data in adherence to established FieldReveal SOP’s

  • Communicate with FieldReveal customers on processing requests

  • Assist with providing customer support, training, and education on FieldReveal products

  • Become proficient in meeting data management and data production standards and objectives

  • Establish strong relationships with internal team members and end users

  • Enhance operational capacity and efficiency by contributing to team agility and responsiveness

  • Participate at various FieldReveal promotional events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Ag Tech Platforms

  • Experience working in Ag Retail

  • Understanding or knowledge of basic GIS functionality and concepts

  • Basic understanding of agronomy principals

  • Excellent communication skills and empathy for customers

  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical data and software challenges

  • Prior experience in customer experience role beneficial

  • Prior experience with support ticket management systems beneficial

  • Post Secondary Education preferred

LOCATION/TRAVEL:

The FieldReveal headquarters is located in Watertown, SD. The Mapping Center Specialist must office out of headquarters. Travel up to 20-25% or as needed.
